What does good customer experience mean to you?
Good customer service finds the beginning, middle, and end of the concern or question at hand. When you approach customer experience with empathy, that’s when the results and the continued relationship feel authentic.
What’s your favorite part of IA?
I love the fully-encapsulated feeling Inevitable Agency gives people. We take care of things in their entirety, and the genuine personalities of our team members make me feel right at home. When you’re in the IA fam, you’re a VIP.
Which brand do you think does customer experience really well?
Chewy is a brand that feels authentic and well-intentioned in terms of CX. I am someone who believes in doing the little things, and Chewy offers a great example of caring for clients from their first to final purchase.
Favorite Pokémon?
It has to be Jigglypuff. Oddly enough, I feel like we look alike…
What’s your go-to fry spot?
Fries are very important to me and my diet, so of course, Wendy’s.
